The group won the 3rd season of the a cappella talent competition The Sing-Off on NBC. The winning song is an a cappella arrangement of Eye of the Tiger, which originally comes from the band Survivor. Pentatonix won $ 200,000 and a recording contract with Sony. Their debut album, PTX Vol. 1, debuted at number 14 on the Billboard 200 chart and her Christmas album, PTXmas, debuted at No. 1 on the iTunes Holiday Albums chart. First album and tour
